The food is just awesome to me. I like the curries and the House Pad Thai is one of my favorites. I go in enough that the people know my quirks and everybody is friendly.

Corner store style spot, but the po-boys are historically great here. I havent eaten there since I was young, but I asked several locals who frequent it and they said the food is still great.

Great breakfast spot if you are a bit health conscious, but still like flavor. As with all my suggestions, always check the time they close before you go.

Great place for salads and sandwiches. All of their sandwiches have unique names and flavors and they are great. I really like their milkshakes.

El Salvadorian food. Great menu. Cash only (Onsite ATM). I have had much of it and am always satisfied in terms of portion and flavor. The owner Manny is a character for sure and very inviting. He also likes to give great menu suggestions.

This is if you would like to have some drinks at home. There is a place to eat, but I havent had lunch there, but it gets busy so my guess is that its good. They close early, so check their hours.

My personal favorite for wine. It feels like my little secret, but I need to share because I want to make sure that they stay in business! They have a great selection of wines from small batch wineries around the world. Because of this, the wines are of higher quality and to me taste better. The staff is very helpful, knowledgable and make great suggestions. The latter is what I ask for all the time and I am always pleasantly surprised.
