In my opinion this is one of the best restaurants in Israel. The food here is always on point and the have great quality control as I've been going there for over 5 years now and they never had a downfall. The prices are on the higher side compared to Israel but for tourists that come from Europe or the states this place is spot on! If you're going as a couple I'd really recommend trying to get a spot on the tapas bar, you'll get a show from some of the best cooks in tel aviv + an awesome meal.

All day breakfast, Thursday and Friday open 24 hours! The food is consistently good.
