Personally I live and host in Prague Žižkov and this is the place I visit every week. From Wednesday till Friday (8-18:00) and on Saturday (8-14:00) you will meet farmers, buy fresh vegetables and apples from Czech orchard, taste hamburgers or pancakes. :-) Jiřího z Poděbrad square is 10 min walk from us and huge modern church is situated there as well. From there you can continue to the city centre by green (A) subway to Můstek station.

Sightseeing
TV Tower with sculptures of the climbing babies offers you a beautiful view to Prague, also very nice surrounding with a possibility of sport activities - in summer mini-golf and in winter ice skating. Won´t be bored there :-)

Local´s favourite place, especially during the Summer, huge park with two open restaurants and playground for kids. Beautiful panorama even on Prague castle.

Really tidy and colourful park with beautiful water cascades, underneath kids playground and nice coffee. :-)
