Sightseeing
This is a gorgeous beach, you have to drive but the lookout is incredible on a winters or summer's day. You need a car to get there.

The view from the top is impressive to say the least, a 360 degree of the area. However, if you have young children watch them closely as there are no safety barriers at the top and it is not advisable to go when there is a strong wind.

A beautiful, magical setting which is accessible by a 5 metre walking trail or 4WD. You can drive down to the fall and picnic if you wish.

If the weather is fine, take a Picnic down to a locals’ treasure. This is a gorgeous natural setting full of jarrah trees with a man made pool. If you’re keen, take a dip with the locals or just enjoy the view.

This is great a tapas bar for a quick bite or to linger over the local wines. It is a bar and restaurant in a retro style and often features local musicians and funky 80's tracks. You can't book so get in early if going on the weekend.

You can take a old train to the cascades from the centre of town. Also recommended is Pemberton swimming pool which is spectacular for picnics.

This is a local gem owned by an excellent foodie and cook, Debbie. At the moment she is doing takeaways on the weekend in a Thai flavour. Fabulous food.

This is one of the few places you can go to have a hearty pub meal with the locals. The owners, Helen and Duncan make sure that the food and service is good. Go before 8p.m. or the kitchen might be shut.
