Hard to categorize from outside Vermont: this is an HONOR-SYSTEM organic butcher shop. Up at the top of a country road is a barn on the right side of the road. Thru the swinging door is a small parlor on the front of the barn lined with freezers along all four walls, each with product and price list on the door. In the middle of the room is a table with a money box on it. Choose from beefalo steaks, thick-cut smoked bacon, lamb cuts and any sorts of meat you like. All organic and grassfed. A wonderful place to stop by on a country ride.
