Lovely and informal tapas and main dishes place. Very fresh seafood, and fish in general. And very good selection of wines and beers. They have a terrace outside and it is one of the best run business around the appartents. The owners really take care of the food they cook. You could go for oysters breakfast with champagne or a good cava, or either for a meal, really recommend, andalusian calamari, tomato and vrentesca tuna salad, fried fish (anything fresh they have for the day, they also have very good seafood, white prawn from Huelva, and racer clams. They do also sit down dinners or meals, but i think it is a cool place for an informal sit down but with amazing cuality food. Do not forget that for any drink you ask for they will treat you with a free small tapa. It is a tipical treat in Madrid bars and restaurants.

They do also very fresh fish and meet courses. They have a gin and tonic bar downstairs you might want to taste after a nice meal. Good decoration throughout.

The vegies are all grown for them organically. But they do not fall within the vegetarian category they serve all sorts of food but with a very quality label!

a 5 minute walk from the appartment. They do very nice tostadas spread with tomato, garlic and scrambled egg, accompanied by fresh fruit juices and teas and good coffee

One of my favourite lunch places in Madrid. Amazing healthy food with lots of vegies and grains. The place is not too big but the food just incredible. More recommended for healthy food lovers. They also do amazing cakes and very nice breakfast. Not open on Sundays. The Argensola district is packed with little boutiques with a lot of french influence.
