(only served during the regular school uear) The $!3.70 price includes a large salad bar, soup, hot entrees and delicious side dishes. Usually carved prime rib or ham is also available. They create a dessert table that is both beautiful and delicious. Beverages are also included. Really, even if you’re here visiting Carleton, this is worth a visit. Serving time is 11:30 to 1:00 pm. Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are recommended. 507-786-3053.
