My favorite café on Djurgården. Great lunch and I love looking at their cake and cookie table! Connected to Liljevalch, which is a great museum.

I have coffee and lunch here often. Try the grilled sandwich called "Pucko" which is slang for "Stupid" in Swedish! :D It's my favorite grilled sandwich so far in life.

One of the newer shopping malls in the City center. I have to admit I haven't checked out the stores much but the restaurants and bars are great. It's a good crowd and vibrant feel of the inner city.

If you want a PERFECT Swedish kanelbulle (sort of a cinnamon bun), this is the place. Get some coffee as well because there is free refills. Vetekatten has a cute turn of the century feel :)

I discovered this small café in March 2012 and had the BEST caffe latte of my life. They have a nice atmosphere, small but great weekend brunch, and tasty sandwiches.

Hectic shopping street. The street is close to my home and you can actually walk straight south on Drottninggatan all the way to Gamla Stan (old town). It should take 20 or 30 minutes.

Strandvägen gives a good view of Stockholm. Walk along Strandvägen from the city out to Djurgården where there is a lot of nice places to visit. Look at boats, people and whatever along the way.

To watch Swedish plays might demand Swedish speakers, but there's always the front stairs, where people meet and flirt, to sit on and take a breather. The building itself is truly beautiful as well.

This is where the Nobel Price Ceremony is held. The Golden Room is so beautiful. An American friend and I enjoyed the guided tour in July 2012. Great info on the building, design and local politics!
