This is a little-known gem for hiking or picnicking at the southeastern tip of the Cape. You can drive through beautiful mansions to park at the address provided and bike from Chatham downtown (2 miles).

This historic area is only a 10 mins drive from the house. Although it is part of Cape Cod National Park, parking is free, and you get a picturesque ocean/marsh view and a good hike/birding spot! A captain's house is on the way.
