Wonderful shops, wide beaches great for walking, go to Pier 60 at sunset for a great family-friendly party. Can take Jolly Trolley or the Clearwater Ferry (reservation required) if you don't want to drive. Parking can be difficult.

Hammock Park is a natural area with trails, boardwalks, butterfly garden, disc golf course, picnic area and playground. You can easily bike or walk there from here. You’ll see lots of birds, perhaps even an owl or an eagle.

At nearly 40,000 square feet, DFAC houses five galleries, 15 studio classrooms, the Gallery Gift Shop, the Palm Cafe and the DLM Children's ART Museum. The Tampa Bay Times says that DFAC is "the artistic equivalent of a village square," offering quality experiences to people of all ages.
