If you fancy a drive out into the country, then maybe stop for a cold beer at the Apollonian Hotel. This hotel is steeped in history and has a pig on a spit BBQ with live music every Sunday. It is situated in Boreen point a small village 10 mins from Tewantin and is very picturesque.
The hotel is very quiet Monday to friday and to get the most benefit, should be visited on Saturday or Sunday.

19 Laguna StIf you fancy a drive out into the country, then maybe stop for a cold beer at the Apollonian Hotel. This hotel is steeped in history and has a pig on a spit BBQ with live music every Sunday. It is situated in Boreen point a small village 10 mins from Tewantin and is very picturesque.
The hotel is very quiet Monday to friday and to get the most benefit, should be visited on Saturday or Sunday.

Beautiful coastal walk around the Noosa headland. This picturesque walk takes you from the beginning at noosa National park through form the boiling pots to hells gates. I have loved walking this track for years and even jogged it when I was fitter!!. If you are a keen lover of nature, I have spotted goannas, koalas, whales and seals all on this walk . Absolutely beautiful!!!

Another surfers paradise!. Granite bay is famous for its surf as the waves wrap around this iconic headland. The beach is small and secluded but really pretty and when the surf is small has little swimming bays to take a cool dip in. The scenery is amazing and dolphins frequent this area on a regular basis.

Hells gates is a pictuesque cliff point towards the end of the national park walk when you are heading further towards Sunshine beach or Alex beach.

Eumundi market is an iconic market approx a 20 min drive from Noosa Heads. The market is not cheap but sells just around everything from food, clothes,household goods,massage.jewelrey..... the list goes on. The market operates on wednesdays and saturdays, saturday being the busiest market day. I would advise arriving early to get a parking spot as its very hard later in the day. The market finishes around 1pm but there are 2 great pubs to have lunch in or a wine or beer after the market. Eumundi has just introduced its own brewey which is eumundi lager very popular and a must to try if you like fine ales.

This takes approx 30mins on a good run and is a lovely way to enjoy the sights of Noosa.
