DRIVING
During our many diverse seasons, traffic can be heavier on the main roads in and out of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Taking alternative routes (back road adventures) can be faster, and definitely more scenic! During the winter months, the higher elevation roads could require 4WD, AWD, or chains, due to snow.
