Parks & Nature

Fantastic nature reserve with sand beaches, great view and hiking trails. Kayak or canoe rental available at Kajakeriet nearby. Big parking. Here you can spend the whole day at the beach, bringing a picnic basket and then end the day at Bistro Björkvik, a great restaurant by the Baltic sea.

Easy access from the house. Take a walk around the lake and explore the Swedish nature. Swim in the lake, pick berries or mushrooms, go moose- or beaver spotting at dusk or dawn. A very nice place to get to know why Swedes love the nature, in walking distance from your cabin.

Everything Else

A must during your stay is to take a day trip to the island of Sandhamn. Ferrys depart from Stavsnäs harbour. At the island there are restaurants, cafés and a small village, but most important - a fantastic view out to the Baltic Sea and sme great beaches at the other side of the island that you reach by walking through the pine forest about 15 minutes.
