This old Tobacco factory has been taking by the neighbours to make it one of the renters of cultural activities of Lavapies and the city center. The management of the Tabacalera is divided in two one side is uncharge of the neighbourhood and has many different spaces used by artist and organisations as workshops or studios. This area walls are fully decorated by Graffitis of great artist that come from all over the world.
The other area is managed by the city authorities and has exhibits from well known iberoamerican artist.
