The Friday farmer's market is a must
Every Friday from mid-June through early October, there is a great farmer's market in the park in the center of Rochester (right on route 100 at the bottom of Bethel Mountain Rd).

Things close early here!
Stores and restaurants typically close around 8 or 9pm, and restaurants are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so plan accordingly!
