If you are in the mood for Indian cuisine, Zaika is amazing! It is one of our regular weekend restaurants. It has a nice, quiet atmosphere, good service, and delicious food. In the summer, they also have an outdoor patio to enjoy. Our food recommendations here are the Gobi Manchurian as a starter, the Chicken Tikka Masala as a classic favorite, and the Tandoori Shrimp.

This is a Castle Rock local favorite for breakfast. They serve a classic American breakfast and fresh-squeezed orange juice. A couple things to note - they are extremely busy on weekends, so we recommend reserving your spot on their waitlist via their online website to avoid a long wait time there and the portion sizes can be quite large.

Colorado has a huge brewery scene, and Great Divide is one of our favorites in Castle Rock. It has a good environment (though more boisterous), good drinks (one of my favorites is the Peach Spritz) and delicious food. Our top food recommendations here are the jam burger, the fish and chips, and the fish tacos.

Coffeeshops

This is our favorite local coffeeshop that is located about 10-15min from our home. In the summer, they roll up large windows to make for the perfect environment to sit and relax. It can get pretty packed, so if you're looking for a place to sit and work or relax for the day, we suggest getting there earlier in the morning to make sure you snag a table. In addition, note that their coffee options are on the pricier side.

Lost Coffee is another nice, designer coffeeshop with great coffee and various pastry options. This coffeeshop tends to be a bit quieter with fewer tables, so we think it's a nice working/relaxing option.
