PATH Train and NJ Transit Buses are easiest to get into NYC

You can access the NJ Transit Bus (119 Bus) from Manhattan Ave and Central Ave, generally leaving every 30-45 mins ($4.50 adult/one way). You can also head down JFK Blvd (1 mile) to the Journal Square PATH Train to catch a train into lower Manhattan (World Trade Center OR Christopher St, 9th St, 14th St, 23rd St, and 33rd St) which will take around 15-30 mins ($2.75/one way), depending on your stop.
