This serene condo has a few strict rules: *Wear a mask when you come into the building and elevator (optional) *Please limit lifting and lowering the blinds *Do not smoke in condo - smoking allowed on the patio. We know marijuana is legal in Las Vegas; however please DO NOT smoke inside the condo ( If you choose to indulge in that; I ask that you use the balcony). Absolutely, NO smoking in the condo that includes cigarettes or marijuana!! **If there are burn marks on any furniture, we will charge you for the replacement or repair for the furniture ** *Do not have lighted flame candles - there are artificial candles on shelf with remote. (Please return remote back on shelf) *Do not turn switch off in bedroom for fan just use the remote next to the switch *Place all dirty linen and towels in hamper in closet *Do not flush paper towel or any other foreign object in toilet *Take trash out to dumpster which is outside the garage exit *When leaving turn out all the lights *Please check the dresser draws, closet, look under the bed, check sockets to ensure you did not leave anything. *If you are traveling and can not take food or drinks ... you may leave unopened items to be donated to our community pantry. *Do not forget to log out of any streaming applications. *Please leave key on keyholder by entrance door. There will be a fine of $100 for LOST KEY. (Cleaning person will be there shortly).
