It's just a few houses down, so very easily walkable for an adult (I say that because there's no sidewalk, per se, so I don't recommend it for unaccompanied kiddos of course.), and it's owned and operated by husband and wife duo. Dennis is the coffee guy - super passionate about the beans and the roasting. You can order any kind of hot coffee you want, plus purchase bags of beans and other super cute stuff. His wife (so sorry I can't remember her name right now!) is a great cook and from Nicaragua, so on the weekends she will often have Nicaraguan homestyle food for takeout! Check out g.o.o.g.l.e maps to try and get updated hours, as they may change.
