Fabulous healthy food and they are gluten-free friendly! They have a unique sauteed salad which I recommend as well as everything else on their menu. I've tried almost everything and love it all! Saturday is burger day.

The nicest, most efficient and cleanest seafood market I've ever seen! Even if you aren't cooking while you are in town, you can get sushi, boiled shrimp, and lots of other picnic-type food. They will also put fresh seafood on ice for you to take home at the end of your trip.

There are so many good places to eat downtown Pensacola, I can't list them all! Walking up and down Palafox, you will pass most of them. Enjoy the architecture along the way! There are also great little museums, music, and shopping.

There is very little public transportation, but Uber and Lyft are common. There are free trolleys that go up and down Pensacola beach which are fun! Check their schedule because they don't run all the time.

For good places to run: The Gulf Breeze Proper loop (in the city of Gulf Breeze Proper near the 3 mile bridge) has a sidewalk the entire way along Shoreline drive and Fairpoint. If looking for a path, there are 1) Hwy 98 path through the national seashore, 2) Tiger Point Park Path/Loop near Lowes, and 3) Pensacola beach path. This neighborhood is very safe, too, but College Parkway is busy. I usually head north on College Parkway and then take any of the branching streets to get off of it.
