Blackfriars Bistro has been around the neighbourhood for many years and it has fantastic food and catering. They also just added a lovely cafe/takeout place next door which has amazing food to go.

Neighbourhoods
The Blackfriars neighborhood (not just this one street) were one of the first heritage designated regions in Ontario. What makes it so special is the menagerie of small worker houses nestled together by the river. Because of flooding the homes were never rebuilt into larger areas so the small community vibe is here.

Wortley Village is in South London, its a bit of a walk along the river and a not too far car drive. It's a great spot for a walk and for coffee.
They have a lovely old historic street. We go there every year for Christmas Trees! For a while in the summer they had a historic car get together every Thursday.
