Pick up Groceries in advance
If you plan on cooking in the stocked kitchen, it will be most convenient and efficient to grab groceries on your way up to the house for the first time. King Soopers at Candelas is under 20 minutes and a huge grocery store. I try and keep a basic selection of spices in stock
