Beginning May 28 through October 11, 2021 Rocky Mountain National Park will require reservations for entry. They sell out FAST. Book in advance to ensure you can enter.

Altitude sickness is indeed a real thing. Drink plenty of water and "rest where you are" if you begin to experience headaches, weakness, sleepiness, shortness of breath, or lack of appetite.

Closed Mondays and Tuesdays
It's common for some shops and restaurants to be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Be sure to check their hours online before you set your heart on something you can't get until Wednesday.
