Fastest way is using your own vehicle or rental car
Uber or Lyft, rideshare, are available in the area but not too many drivers so far. If you come here using Uber or Lyft from the airport, make sure you set-up a return pick up ahead of time otherwise, you might not get a ride back to the airport. This is written 4/15/22
Also, spring and summer, most public beach access gets full @8AM, state parks(fee) gets full by 10AM.
