If you are a fan of Fish and Chips, you will want to visit Sharkey's! It is a take out only restaurant located in the heart of Roberts Creek. Whenever I go in the summertime, there is always a line up of people waiting to place their order..... it's that good.

This is the best sushi restaurant on the coast. Our family usually goes for dinner at Won about once a week :)

The Thai food here is really yummy! This restaurant is also really popular as I think it is the only thai food restaurant on the coast. It is take out only, and if you have a hankering for thai, call early to get your order in. (604.886.9219)

This is a fine dining restaurant located on the beach in Gibsons. The food here is always fantastic! If you are looking for a fancy dinner night, I recommend Chasters.

Our Family goes to Mike's Place in Lower Gibsons when we feel like ice cream. They have a huge and amazing selection of ice cream, gelato and sorbet (including some dairy free options). Go, you won't regret it.

If you are a little snobby about your coffee, like I am. I recommend Strait Coffee. Not only is the coffee good, but they also serve yummy meals, snacks and treats.

Laugh if you will, but in our little town of Roberts Creek, the legion is where it is at.... well, sometimes. If you are into a night out dancing and you happen to be here on a weekend when some good music is playing, you might enjoy a "night on the town" here at the Legion ;)

This is a great brewery in Gibsons. They serve great local beer, on the weekends have live music and is kid friendly. On the weekends there is also a food truck that makes amazing food. I recommend going on a saturday or sunday afternoon between 1 - 4 and check out the scene. Live music and tonnes of locals. Such a fun way to spend and afternoon!

On the weekends there is also a food truck that makes amazing food. I recommend going on a saturday or sunday afternoon between 1 - 4 and check out the scene. Live music and tonnes of locals. Such a fun way to spend and afternoon!

The Roberts Creek General Store is at the heart of the Roberts Creek Village. The store itself may not feel like a tourist attraction, but the area is fun and interesting. It is home to a few small shops, and the famous Gumboot cafe and restaurant. Just down towards the water is the Roberts Creek Mandala and pier.

Just a 5 minute walk from the Tiny home, head down to the bottom of Gulf road and head down the small trail and stairs down to the beach. If the weather is warm, you can hang out and enjoy the beach, if it is a bit cooler you could go for a lovely beach stroll.

Davis Bay has it all. It has a beautiful beach, a pier (that people jump off in the summer), a sea wall and when it is time for more ice cream, there is a place to get it. You won't regret stopping in Davis Bay.

Parks & Nature
If you feel adventurous and have the time, head up to Skookumchuck Narrows. It includes a 45 minute walk/hike that ends up at a point of interest. If you time it right, you can watch the amazing rapids! Such a beautiful experience.

Cliff Gilker park is a wonderful park to go for a gentle stroll/walk in the woods. You will see a beautiful small waterfall and have plenty of options when it comes to how much or how little you feel like walking in the woods. Our family goes for walks here on a regular basis, we love it! It is good for young children as there is a little playground at the trail entrance and if your little one likes to walk, it isn't too intense.

You will see a beautiful small waterfall and have plenty of options when it comes to how much or how little you feel like walking in the woods. Our family goes for walks here on a regular basis, we love it! It is good for young children as there is a little playground at the trail entrance and if your little one likes to walk, it isn't too intense.
Porpoise Bay has picnic tables, a playground, and a beach on Sechelt inlet. The inlet is often a little warmer and protected. This is a fantastic family friendly park.

This is a school. I don't suggest you go sightseeing in the school, but this school has a really really good playground. If you have children and you need to go take them to go play and burn off some energy, go here.
