Fine dining with modern taste and flair. GREAT food! Always changing the menu. Great service, tiny place, located inside COATI up on the second floor. If you're looking for some amazing and interesting food this is the place. Reservations usually recommended since it is so small.

Sightseeing
For a beautiful valley hike, run, mountain bike, or even some bouldering, you should definitely check out Ute Valley. Located within 10 minutes drive or bike ride, enter from the south-west side near Pinion Valley park to avoid the parking problems of the main entrance.

The rock climbing is amazing and everything is always free. FrontRange climbing offers guides, or you can just climb with your own gear. Bouldering is also available and spots are listed on mountainproject.org. You must sign up for a yearly permit to climb! This is free, and available online. Driving inside is a one way loop. There is shuttle parking at the entrance of the park and you can also hike in from that parking lot. If interested you can also horseback ride inside the park via Academy Riding Stables (also within 10 minutes)

Fossil, Trails end and Rudy's are all right outside the park if you wish to grab bbq or a brew after. Parking can get pretty full on nice days though so go early!

AOW offers quite a few things. They are well organized and have great tours. Also offer hot air balloon rides, zip lining, and open car tours of the mountains and canyons.

Home to bristol brewery, the principals office (hard drinks which are some of best in town), axe and oak distillery in the basement. Firepits on the balconies and usually there are events going on in the elementary school gym. Its a great place to check out.

Closest brewery to you and decent beers- it is right up the path behind the house. Friendly, plenty of room, several food trucks usually. They have nice mix of beers. Food is hit or miss but is close and fun.
