Consisting of 119 acres of wetlands, woodlands and meadows, Black Rock Sanctuary is dedicated to wildlife habitat and public use. One of many desilting basins found along the Schuylkill River in Berks, Montgomery, Chester and Philadelphia counties, the Sanctuary offers a wonderful opportunity to relax and discover the history, geology, wildlife, plant life and habitats of the basin.

Green Lane Park

We like to call this the bridge to bridge trail. Trail goes between two historic bridges. History placards scattered along trail telling facts of the French creek and the mills it supported.

Valley Forge National Historical Park is the site of a Revolutionary War encampment, northwest of Philadelphia, in Pennsylvania. Washington’s Headquarters, a stone house on the Schuylkill River, was occupied by George Washington from 1777 to 1778. Trails connect the key monuments and historic structures, including the early-20th-century National Memorial Arch and the Muhlenberg Brigade’s recreated log-cabin barracks.

Uniquely crafted! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Champagne truffles are a must try item. Chai truffles also very good. If you like uniquely crafted chocolates the wasabi bark is really interesting. I feel the prices are reasonable for hand crafted chocolates.
