The Hamilton draws you in with it's rustic colonial interior and accents of velvet; but it keeps you with an impressively stocked bar and comfortable, delicious food. The quail knots especially are delectable, and are cut in a fantastic way. Quail is a small bird, and these bite size morsels are straight juicy tenderness. Great experience!
