For a day of fun, rent a pontoon boat or take a guided excursion to Crab Island in Destin. Beautiful sandbar with crystal clear water - you can walk all around. Be careful of the many boats and be aware that it is very much a party atmosphere - maybe best for adults vs those with young kids.
