This is one of our family's favorite hikes. There is a 5- mile loop that you can hike with spectacular views of the Palmer Divide, or just do a shorter hike with an up and back to the top of the mesa.

Best to start early so you can beat the rush and the thunderstorms. Purchase your pass to visit online as they are currently not taking payment at the gate due to Covid. Check the weather and road conditions/closures before heading out. Fun donuts at the visitors center at the top.
