Really interesting all about bugs and ecology. You get to see a working ant farm and see lots of bugs close up and their importance in sustaining the environment - good on wet days too as much of the activity is indoors . Try out the food containing bugs as a source of protein. The biscuits made with cricket flour are delicious !!

centrally located in Pembroke town centre - you can have guided tours around the ruins, maybe try water divining in the underground "wogans cavern" or climb the ramparts of the castle. Lovely lawned area to sit and relax with a picnic inside the castle grounds which is enclosed. Was the birthplace of Henry VII

In my opinion - the most spectacular part of the Pembrokeshire Coast - totally unspoiled and rugged. Large soft sandy dunes to climb and run down, great for surfing and very popular with surfers. No shops but in the summer there is a pop up cafe selling lobster burgers ( amongst other local delights !) This beach featured in the making of one of the Harry Potter films and where Dobbies grave can be found ! Has also featured as a film location for other movies including Robin Hood with Russell Crowe when hundreds of horses where seen running down the length of the beach
