OKC's newest park - Scissortail Park is a 70-acre public space located downtown, across from the new convention center and just south of the Myriad Botanical Gardens and continues south close to the shore of the Oklahoma River.
Featuring a variety of engaging experiences for visitors including ornamental gardens and woodlands, a 3.7 acre lake, children’s playground and water fountains, seasonal roller rink, dog park, picnic grove, restaurant and performance stage and great lawn, the Park has something for everyone.

Bleu Garten is a local favorite. Located in the heart of Midtown, Bleu Garten is an outdoor food truck venue with picnic tables, outdoor TVs, yard games, a bar, and a fire pit. Offering a variety of food and games, Bleu Garten is sure to please! Open Wed. - Fri from 5 pm. and Saturday from 11 a.m. and Sunday from Noon
The Collective - On the corner of NW 10th & N Harvey Avenue in the heart of Midtown, The Collective Kitchens + Cocktails opened in 2019 as a gathering place that reflects the culture and rise of Oklahoma City. Open 7 days a week, The Collective currently features 9 kitchens (with 3 more coming soon), a coffee shop, 40-foot bar including 32 rotational taps, outdoor dog-friendly patio seating, 95 person rooftop patio and bar with views of downtown, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and more!

Located in downtown OKC, Mahogany is another steakhouse favorite. Frequented by the Thunder players after the NBA games, Mahogany bar is the place to be. The steak is a cut above other steak places and they also offer solid fish options. The service is also topnotch. I recommend making a reservation in the bar area, unless you prefer a quieter dining experience.

I recommend making a reservation in the bar area, unless you prefer a quieter dining experience.

If you go around brunch during the week, they will give you a complimentary cup of noodle soup that is hands down the best soup I have ever had. I highly recommend the Huevos Motulenos, Migas, Huevos Rancheros, and their special. They have fantastic coffee as well. Local favorite for sure.

1903 N Classen BlvdCafe Antigua is owned by the sweetest family. They started out small and quickly became a local favorite. They are generally open for breakfast and lunch. If you go around brunch during the week, they will give you a complimentary cup of noodle soup that is hands down the best soup I have ever had. I highly recommend the Huevos Motulenos, Migas, Huevos Rancheros, and their special. They have fantastic coffee as well. Local favorite for sure.

I highly recommend sharing a pizza on the patio at Empire Slice House and having ice cream after at Roxy's Ice Cream Social.

If you want an absolutely spectacular piece of pie - Pie Junkie is a must.
If you are looking for something more upscale - The Pritchard Wine Bar is a great option, featuring exceptional shared plate styled meals.
