Fishing Lake Nokomis: The largest lake in the Tomahawk area with 2,433 acres, Lake Nokomis is known for its Bluegill, Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass, Musky, Northern Pike and Walleye fishing. It is also a great place to spot majestic bald eagles. Lake Nokomis is part of a chain of lakes that includes Bridge and Deer Lakes, with more than 4,000 acres of recreation.

Named for the Bearskin Creek the trail follows, this former railroad corridor is an opportunity to experience the Northwoods of Wisconsin. The railroad line was built to export white pine logs from the forests of northern Wisconsin to the cities of the Midwest. Today the trail is a recreation corridor, surfaced with compacted granite suitable for walking and bicycling in summer and snowmobiling in winter.

Snowmobile trails that run adjacent to park, 7.5 miles of cross country skiing/hiking trails and non-motorized biking trails. Fishing on Timm’s Lake and Bass Lake. Bass Lake has a fishing pier and boat landing.

Snowmobile trails that run adjacent to park, 7.5 miles of cross country skiing/hiking trails and non-motorized biking trails. Fishing on Timm’s Lake and Bass Lake. Bass Lake has a fishing pier and boat landing.
