This is definitely the spot for some of the best sushi in Denver. If you're on a budget be sure to get there right at 5:00 for their fantastic happy hour. I love to get the sake that comes served in a bamboo box. One of my favorite features of this restaurant is the rooftop urban greenhouse which grows vegetables and microgreens for a number of restaurants in Denver.

For a local diner experience, I love Lookin Good. This diner is owned by a Greek family so in addition to all the typical diner favorites you can also get some tasty Greek dishes as well. I recommend the Greek skillet.

Best burger in Denver! Great location not far from Confluence Park. This bar opened in 1873 making it the oldest bar in Denver. However you choose to top your burger you won’t be disappointed, but I prefer the classic cheeseburger.

Best birria tacos in Denver
This gem has some of the best Mexican food in Denver. Although it’s just a food truck it’s well worth the experience. Be sure to order the birria tacos which is sautéed meat of choice that comes with its juices as a dipping sauce. The best part is the taco shell is then fried! You won’t leave hungry
