Slightly, but not overly, upscale family-friendly restaurant located at Historic Harness Racing Track. When the weather's nice you can sit out on the deck and watch the horses. The separate bar area is great for watching sports games. It's about 5 minutes walk away from the house, but there's plenty of parking at the restaurant.

Easy place to take the family for go-kart races, laser tag, bumper cars, roller skating, mini golf, and lots more. You pay per ride, so there is no entry fee, which makes it a nice place to spend just an hour or half a day.

Looking for bicycle rentals? This is the spot since 1946!! They sell bikes, snowshoes, and hockey equipment, but most useful for guests is their bicycle rentals - They rent hourly, daily, for a weekend, or however you want to slice it, and offer a variety of styles of bikes, from road bikes to mountain bikes, and even electric bikes.
Our house is just a few minutes from Joe Fix It's, and we are also located directly adjacent to the 14 mile Heritage Trail. If bicycle adventure is your thing, Joe Fix It's has route maps on their website - http://www.joefixits.com/bikes/bikes_areamaps.html

Most Goshen restaurants stop serving food by 10 pm.
For late-night eats, you can find fast-food options in Middletown (15 minutes away). We also like QuickCheck for convenience store snacks in Goshen - open 24 hours. There is a diner open 24 hours - Americana Diner - but it's not our favorite. If you're arriving to the house late, you may want to stop to eat dinner on the way! We always provide snacks at the house as well.
