The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has several temples in the area. One of them is in Payson. Beautiful buildings, with beautiful grounds. Other temples close are the Provo Town Center temple, we highly recommend visiting this site. It is historical and has visitor center.

Spanish Fork River Trail is a 11.1 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Spanish Fork, Utah that features a river and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
