Great beaches and activities for families! We love Crandon Park's South Beach end, because there is the Crandon Gardens there at the end of the parking lot, which is a great wall for bird watching. Plus there is a carousel, playground, and snack shack there. At low tide, there are great shallow tide pools for kids. Sometimes there can be a lot of seaweed.
Bill Bags park and beach is a nature lovers beach, with lighthouse, Both have bicycle rentals.
