Limited seating is available in their Bistro area. Go early to buy one of their pop-up lunches. International dishes rotate daily and are offered between 11 and 1:00. Build your own sandwich or buy one of their homemade soups offered in the Deli area.

Seating is 'cozy' and limited, so it's best to make reservations when weather closes the outdoor patio. Service is quick and friendly. Everything on the Lunch and Dinner menus is fantastic, but especially recommend any of his Quiches and Curries.

Located in the Delta Hotel, Proof always seems open. One of the city's top rated restaurants, it's best to reserve during peak times. Well deserved praise and worth the expense if you're looking for upscale dining.
