One of my favourite features of the Bistro is that you can purchase wine from the adjacent Wine Store and BYO it to the Bistro (for a small corkage fee). If there are no tables available, head next door to Giddy Geisha for some modern Asian street food. They don't take bookings, so the line can be pretty long at peak times, but it tends to move quite quickly.
