A typical Colorado brewery. Good craft beer but nothing that was really outstanding or that made be put it on the must come back list. Worth checking out if in the area.

Museums
This model railroad museum is exceptionally educational and enjoyable for all ages. The “engineers” are focused, pleasant and friendly as they direct their trains along the tracks and side tracks. The scenery through the town and through the mountainside is wonderfully displayed. The forest fire (activated by an observer) followed by miniature firefighters is a fun visual. We spent a couple hours moving through the different levels and winding walkways - great for adults and a “can you find the skunks.....etc for children”. Remarkable!

Centennial Village Museum: Living Heritage Experience
1475 A StEveryone in Colorado and Wyoming should visit this living history museum. We had a wonderful time chatting with the Blacksmith. It's something all ages can enjoy. Appx 21 miles of cement path from northeast Greeley to northwest of Windsor. Open from sunrise to sunset. It is easily accessible on both ends and several points in between. Improved bathrooms or porta-jons at several locations. Carry water. The trail winds through parks, light industrial, riverside, residential, cattle, rural and agricultural settings. Minor elevation changes. The trail is used by cyclists of all experience levels. Motorized vehicles not allowed. Heavily used by walkers and runners. Frequent wildlife sightings. Abundance of birds. One hazardous highway crossing at Highway 257 in Windsor. There is a push button to alert traffic with flashing pedestrian crossing signs but the posted speed limit in that area is 65 mph. The trail is a great place for exercise or simple relaxation.

Lovely trees providing a pretty, shaded walk in the heat of the September day. Some lovely properties around to admire. Just a really nice place to take a stroll, sit by the lake and watch the birds and squirrels.

There are great walking or jogging trails at the park. There is also a wonderful playground for the kids to play on. This is a great place to have a family picnic. There is a gazebo that you can rent for the day from the city. There is also a great memorial to veterans located on the park.

This is a great park overall to walk/jog, play volleyball, spend time with your kids, bird-watch, and even hold gatherings in the warmer months. Features include a playground with swings and slides, a path around the lake, a covered canopy with tables, grills, a volleyball area with nets, and several artistic statues.

Nice park in center of town
This park was built in 1870. It is an old time city park. There are trees, a bandstand, play area, fountain, statue, and plenty of open space. It is regularly used for community events such as the October Brewfest and the art show. The nice new playground has plenty of imaginative things to play on and it has a cushioned rubberized surface rather than sand or sawdust. The only downside is that some homeless people hang out there, but they did not hassle us.

Fun and Games
Great place for the PRICE! It is an all day admission. Always clean and neat. Fun equipment for children. A little bit dark in there but when asked why, they said a lot of kids with sensitivity issues come to play and bright lights hurt them. Friendly staff. You can book your birthday party in there too.

Greeley is fortunate to have such a world class performing arts center, thanks to a collaboration of its citizens, government and Hensel-Phelps Construction. A great sound system and well-thought-out seating provide a wonderful venue for symphonies and stage spectaculars, and a smaller theater provides a more intimate setting for smaller events. Shows such as a Tribute to The Beatles - Classical Mystery Tour with the Greeley Philharmonic Symphony, the Air Force Academy Band, and such represent the variety of entertainment. People of Greeley - all ages - fill the center for an evening of great music.
