Food scene

Fresh food with quality ingredients. Health conscious, hipster and fun. A bit pricey but worth it in my opinion.

This is a fun and vibrant street with lots of independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. It's up and coming with a bit of grittiness —reminiscent of East London.

Cafe

Norwich has so many great cafés it's impossible to list them all! Here are a few of our favourites, including our coffee supplier, Strangers - be sure to head there for a special discount whilst you're staying with us!
Nice coffee, tea and all-day brunch. The thing that makes this place special though is the interior. It's all been made by hand, on-site by a passionate team of diverse creatives. Kieran, the owner, does all the sign painting and made just about everything in the shop himself with the help of talented and artsy friends. Definitely check this place out, try their chicken and waffles!

Best speciality coffee in town. This was the first and original shop that Kofra opened. Staff are friendly and helpful. They stock a wide range of coffee that they roast in East Anglia and also some that they import from the likes of La Cabra. If you're a coffee snob this is your spot. They have two other locations as well: Onley Street and Sainsbury's Centre.

Sightseeing

Incredible 11th century Norman Cathedral. You must visit this place if you come to Norwich. Try and catch the 3pm evensong on weekends and hear the choir perform. It's truly special, regardless of faith.
