You could find plenty of restaurant have this dish but we highly recommend you try it at 51 To Hien Thanh Street, which one of most high quality (the price is slightly more expensive compare to others.

Sells, lobstrer, squids and others are sold by weight (0.5 kg minimum) then they will cock for you. Remember tell them dont put so much chilly (show them picture if possible). Vietanmese sea-food dishes are quite spicy in general.
