This place is very nearby and has a wide range of food. We order takeout there quite a bit. It's not a "Pizza Place," but they have pizza that is not typical NY pizza, but very tasty. It's convenient, but can be inconsistent depending on how busy they are.

Old school diner, not near downtown, with great breakfast and lunch. I believe they close at 2pm. Extremely reasonable prices, great food. It's quite small so there may be a wait but tables turn over quickly.

Not fast food! Delicious burgers and great veggie burgers. Very reasonably priced and they have specials almost everyday. They serve beer/wine. It's a great spot to dine out on Broadway without the big bill.

This place is off the beaten path a bit, but closer to SPAC. Check their website for events as they often have cool things happening. It's not a restaurant, but they often have food trucks especially before shows at SPAC. We love the vibe, the owners and the beer!
