In the heart of downtown, the tallest building in Minneapolis lies a ramen restaurant inside on the second floor. I will say it is as close as it gets to having authentic Japanese ramen when I used to work here. Not to mention enjoying the scenery walking from building to building using the skyways without having to go outside.
