Kabisera offers traditional Filipino cuisine and is recommended to tourists who want to sample excellent Filipino food. Kabisera is oftentimes busy as they are popular among the locals as well as "balikbayans" (Migrant Filipinos) and OFWs (Overseas Filipino Workers) who are vacationing in Manila and are craving for superb Filipino food. One of my favourite Filipino restaurants in Manila. Try the Adobo Prime Rib, Tuna Steak, Seafood Pancit Canton, Labuyo Wings (Spicy Chicken Wings), Boneless Chicken Inasal, Kilawin Salmon (Filipino version of Sushi), and of course Sisig (sizzling pork meat dish!). Finish it off with world-famous San Miguel Beer or Halo-halo for desert.
