The 'Hovis' advert that used this location and aired on TV when I was a child is indelibly imprinted in my mind!
Parking is readily available in the town and is just a short stroll to the famous Gold Hill. The film studios have the knack of dressing a location to the point of deception! The street is traditionally cobbled and quite steep, though there is a handrail for those less agile! The term quintessentially English certainly applies to Gold Hill. The term anti-climatic may also loom in one's mind!

Another great feature is even when the wind is blowing it still feels calm. Could walk this all day admiring and musing over all that is good in the world.

Great atmosphere and amazing sight to tick off your list. Would suggest if going in winter to pack warm clothes and to ensure you are wearing correct footwear. Ensure you have a pastry from the cafe they are absolutely to die for.

As far as outlet shopping villages go this is a good one. There are loads of different shops here across a great variety of themes. Also plenty of places to partake of refreshment. Not sure how much value you will save but plenty of choice for all.

A heavenly place. A bucket list spot. I think the best in the south UK. You can feel the history of this place and the uniqueness of the landscape. Have to go and walk down to the beach at all seasons. The parking area is well maintained and the long walk takes you to a beautiful place

You must try this out if you are near by. Just fantastic. I won't spoil it. But you discover some very cool sculptures
