Rincón - Always a solid bakery choice. They also have staples like milk and butter. Everything from the sandwiches to the coffee to brazo's gitanos is just amazing. Tembeleque de coco, almost like a coconut pudding is amazingly good.

The place is very nice with comfortable atmosphere. The prices are good. Great seafood dishes. The red snapper was outstanding. Local cuisine. Great staff and service. And beautiful birds walking around including a pair of peacocks.

Great for exploring w/kids. Good for swimming. Parking not the greatest. Low tide has tide pools w/sea life. Plenty of sandy areas to relax.

You can go into the water but it has a small dip with pebbles and shells. Not suitable for small children. Gazebos for picnic with no parking fee.

Absolutely great beach. I'm told it was so much better before Maria. But, I think it's great. Peaceful to walk and swim or Snorkel, jump off the piers, watch the pelicans. Water is clear and clean. Great for scuba diving as well. Park for $3.75 or drive past the parking entrance and around to the other side of beach for free parking early in the morning. Still some damage to buildings from Maria. Sad really. You'll find locals with stands selling fresh coconuts, pinchos, ice cream and such. A nice place to hang out for the day.

A magical experience to be able to swim in the waters under the stars with the sparkling gold micro organisms glowing all around you. Cute little town to have dinner in and explore as well. There is a one-hour boat trip from the town square, and since it is bioluminescent, best viewing is after dark. Hurricane Maria apparently substantially reduced the number of organisms, but it is still interesting to see. At $10 for a one-hour boat ride, it is reasonably priced. Beachside surfer type feel area. You have lots of options for dinning, dancing and tours to take for the bioluminescent Bay. This area gets really busy in a fun way on Saturdays.

Just take the road to the south of the house and go up the hill. Right, left and down the hill towards Burger King.
