Acclimatisation

leh ladakh is a high altitude area (11500 ft) so you need at least half day complete rest and can do casual walk around for rest of the day . you can relax in the resort garden with great view of the snow capped mountains or can walk around the resort organic garden ,orchard etc.
from here you get a complete view of the valley and you can enjoy the breathtaking view at sun rise and sun set.

Pangong lake is the highest salt water lake in the world , its so clear and one can enjoy the different colour shades when the sky is clear it is around 90 km in length and one can enjoy the sun set and sun rise . the lake is at 165 km from leh city centre.

Nubra Valley

This valley to the north of leh is also known as the valley of flowers, it comprises of many small villages and few famous monasteries , the valley is divided in two parts by shayok river and a mountain so one side you have the famous monastery of samstanling, sumoor sand dunes ,Antsa gompa,lonan lake and the Panamik hotspring. on the other side you have the famous Diskit monastery ,Hunder sand dunes and Turtuk vallley.
