It's exciting to jump on trampolines. It will bring the child out of you, seriously :) Im not a person who chooses to jump on trampolines for even 5 minutes, but my friends and I stayed for our full 2 hours! It's also a fantastic way to lose calories. I was sweating by the time we finished.
