Thai Archer 3. Sawadee Vietnamese: 1. Somi Vietnames Bistro 2. Pho Tin 3. Pho Tay Ho BBQ: 1. R&R Barbeque, the closest to the house is located on 307 W 600 S Salt Lake City, UT 801.364.0443 Indian: 1. Saffron Valley 2. Kathmandu - it's a Nepalese restaurant. The food has a lot of Indian influence. Vegan: 1. Zest
Their sliders are the best in town! I've tried others and the dough is just right, pork belly is always cooked to the right temperature and crispiness. What I like the most is it is not slobbered with sauce and you can actually taste the flavors of the meat, pickled vegetables and how it all melts in your mouth.

If you want authentic, home-style Vietnamese Pho, this is the place to go! The restaurant is located along Main Street and the portions are just right. The restaurant is in a residential area so look for a house with the sign. The restaurant is homey and everything made is from scratch. Parking is along the street.

I've heard of Zest when I moved to SLC five years ago and have never gone. In 2018, I met the owner Casey from yoga and I had to go and check it out. It did not disappoint. I enjoyed their homemade apple cider, the hazelnut mousse is what keeps me going back. What I love about the restaurant is everything is made from scratch and they utilize fruits and vegetables that are in season. Plus, they support local businesses!
